The RAD board is in charge of where a small percentage of our taxes in Allegheny County go. The majority of the money goes to public libraries and public parks all throughout the county and the other third of the funds go to all sorts of different things like; arts and culture organizations, museums, stadiums, convention center and more to help bring up our quality of life.
