This is one of those REALLY dumb accused criminal stories and we’ll explain why.
A CMU police officer is accused of switching price tags at a local WalMart thusly, accused paying less for things than their.. in my Price is Right announcer voice… less than their actual retail price! See full story in TribLive.com.

“Police said the series of thefts began April 28 when she stole $6.34 worth of merchandise by using the 50-cent stickers.
She used the same method to steal $32.03 in merchandise on May 3, $43.56 of items on June 2, $8.97 on July 2, $19.94 on Sept. 8 and $79 on Sept. 11, according to the complaint.”
When ya read the first sentence, didn’t ya expect to read that maybe the accusation was gonna be kind of like, switched the price of a $524 item to be something like $112? Nope… risked a career for mere pennies!! And, on top of that, doesn’t ANYONE realize any more that there are cameras EVERYWHERE, Ya Jagoffs?
