We love the fact that the Steelers went 3-0 in the pre-season. Love the fact that the offense scored a bunch and that the defense got some blank quarters under their belts. Love that the season could be exciting given the fact that the last couple of NOT been exciting. But….
In typical Steelers-fan fashion, Steelers fans have no middle ground. Social media posts are going from the “this sucks,” mode from last year to “we’re gonna win a Super Bowl” this year based on this pre-season.
We love the passion and the fervor but.. let’s just keep our expectations at a level 5 vs. a 10, enjoy the wins and wait and see what happens. Don’t cancel any family plans you may have for Super Bowl Sunday in February ’24 yet. While there ain’t no Tom Brady, there’s still jags like Josh Allen and Patrick Mahomes along the way.
