Public Restroom Jagoffs

Guys… c’mon!!!   You can’t flush?  As noted by our Jagoff-estrator circle, there’s even a small post-it note reminding you to flush. But… you can’t flush??

Do you do this at home?  Are you only a flusher when you can kick the handle with your foot?
