We pulled Paige, part of Na Laochar, from the Ya Jagoff Sports Zone at Pittsburgh Irish Fest to talk about Camogie! Her team just won the Junior B National Championship! Camogie is an Irish stick-and-ball team sport played by women; it is almost identical to the game of hurling played by men. And organized by the Dublin-based Camogie Association. Paige tells us how the game is played and how anyone interested can join the game. No experience necessary.
