Megan Shane is a mom of three, a mental health and art therapist, and Founder of the local nonprofit, Connected Nest. She stops by to chat about the ways that Connected Nest provides community support for those on the journey to, through and beyond parenthood.

Andre Costello – Musician/Songwriter 

Andre Costello’s music has been described as being on the border of folk and rock, with many of his songs dancing between the upbeat and the melancholy, often landing on both at once. Costello started his solo career with a self-titled album issued in 2011 and soon formed a band called Cool Minors, later known as Forestry Division.
