We asked and you responded! This week, John and I ventured out southeast of the city to Greensburg: home of The Westmoreland Museum of American Art, the Tribune-Review, and our favorite new wing spot on this side of the Monongahela! Travel down Route 30 with the two of us and see what little, hidden treasures exist!
Sitting snugly in a shopping center, to the left of a Subway and down the way from one of our favorite activities, Painting With A Twist, lies Dino’s Sports Lounge. With a ticker claiming to have “the best chicken wings in PA.”
Voted to have the best chicken wings in all of Pennsylvania, the smells of this sports lounge absorb wandering customers in the parking lot and surrounding area like mosquitoes to a fly trap. Whether you’re rocking out with just their seasoned wings (my favorite!) or going all in with John’s favorite, their “slicker” flavor–a hodgepodge of garlic, bbq, and hot sauce– you cannot go wrong when visiting Dino’s. If wings aren’t your forte, did I forget to mention their ribs? Did I? Well, I think they speak for themselves.
Looking to keep it (somewhat) clean? Dive into their enormous super sandwiches or super dogs, both loaded with toppings galore and jam-packed with flavor. Still not your style? Then dive into their uber-popular specialty fries, whether doused in chili or cheese, littered with bacon or onions, they’ve got something to make your taste buds do a happy dance.
As if things could get better (they can,) Dino’s offers food specials all throughout the week! But, most importantly, it’s the highly-anticipated, highly-sought wing night that takes the crown! Usually packed from wall to wall, make sure you get there early or you might miss out! So, next time you’re humming across route 30 or venturing to Pennsyltucky for a week, peer off the beaten path and make time for a visit to Dino’s Sports Lounge. We promise you won’t leave hungry and as always, let em’ know who sent ya!
