Gang… we had a BLAST being a part of the Pittsburgh Today Live 20th Anniversary Show. Honored is not even a big enough word to say how we felt. We even got all “gussied up,” as my grandmother would say, for the evening. Everyone looked great. The show was a little over 90 minutes long and the jags were last on the show script. That meant the jags had more than 2 hours to get ready…. which included hair, make-up, etc.
After all that time and everyone prepping to look so “gussied up,” we hit the stage… ran through the game without a hitch and then the show was over. Yaaaay.
And then… the video airs on PTL and what do we see? Me with my shirt collar stuffed under my coat collar! All that time to primp and prep and… BOOM… in front of 400 people in the live audience and in front of the TV replay audience… there I am… with my collar tucked in.
John… next time… use one of the 27 mirrors provided in the green room to check yourself before you go on stage, Ya Jagoff!
