But OUR topic i s all of the dramatic news people that cannot help themselves .. for some reason they HAVE to say something like.. “That’s billion with a B!” And sometimes they even put a dramatic pause in between, “That’s billion……………………………………………………… with a B!”
We know it’s a B. The letter B has never ever sounded like the letter M. Sure, M can be turned upside down and confused with a W but never has an M sounded like a B. Saying “That’s billion with a B!” is as cliché as sticking a ruler into the snow on camera!
Soooooooooooooooo let’s go play the lottery.. have fun.. call us if you win.. but please stop using the ‘billions with a b” cliche… YaJagoffs!
