Some time ago, we received an application from Michela Hall for an internship at YaJagoff Media. When we interviewed her, the thought was, she’s not gonna be an intern… she’s more than that. Originally from New Jersey, a multi-media student masters student, in part-time instructor of the same, at Duquesne University, Michela added a new view and dimension to the YJM team.
As part of her Master’s capstone project, Michela produced a documentary film regarding the stereotypes of who rides a motorcycle. The film is based on her personal experience and her love of riding as well as a survey, that she executed, of riders and their experiences in purchasing, servicing and riding motorcycles.
Tonight, that film, The Pillion, will see daylight outside of the Duquesne University walls. Michela, some of the film participants and the film will appear at The Lindsay Theater in Sewickley and you’re invited. It’s free but we need you to register so that we know how much popcorn to make :).
In the words of Josh Axelrod, who agreed to host Michela and her film at the theater, “Michela is a bad ass!”
Ok.. see yinz tonight at the Lindsay! Register HERE... YaJagoffs! (The term of endearment kind, of course!)
