New to this year’s vendor lineup includes some savory out-of-towners with a warm, buttery-smothered welcome, quite literally. From Akron Ohio, The Pierogi Lady will be making a debut along Pietrzyk Pierogi, and Jaju Pierogi from Lynn, Massachusetts.

Also new, Love Rocks Café will be sourcing products from the heart of McKees Rocks, including kielbasa, and pierogis from Pierogies Plus. The dish includes pierogis sitting comfortably on a bed of Chef Jackie Page’s famous 11 Cheese Mac n’ Cheese adorned with kielbasa and local peppers. Plus, Scratch & Co. will be joining the pierogi party with homemade pierogis originating with Chef Brent Cable’s grandmother’s pierogi recipe: Fromage blanc, ScratchMADE fermented cabbage, and potato & local white cheddar. Other new food vendors include Truckin Triangles showcasing their famous triangles of fried tortillas stuffed with pierogi goodness and Valley Girl Co. delivering gluten-free pierogis to your palate.
