Get ready for an unforgettable New Year’s Eve experience this December 31st in Pittsburgh!
First Night Pittsburgh is an annual event celebrating the start of a new year with various exciting activities, performances, and fireworks. This year’s celebration will take place on December 31st, 2022, from 4:00 PM to Midnight in downtown Pittsburgh.
This year’s celebration is the 29th annual and the 20th year as a production of the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust.
The night begins with a grand opening ceremony featuring an impressive display of lights, music, and video projections. Then, enjoy theatrical performances such as dance and acrobatics as well as live music performances from local artists.
There will also be plenty of fun activities like carnival games and face painting in the Kids Zone area. The evening culminates with the arrival of the clock striking midnight, followed by spectacular fireworks lighting up the sky over Pittsburgh’s Downtown skyline!
