This Motorcycle. Is the Driver a Jagoff or Not?

This motorcycle… could OF parked somewhere else but is certainly in a legal spot. And, on top of that, took the time to park at the opening of the parking spot so that, if you were driving by, you didn’t dart into the spot only to be fooled by a motorcycle buried deep into the spot.

So… is this motorcycle operator a jagoff or not?
