Strawberry Pretzel Jello Salad from Cooking Comedy and Chaos

Cooking Comedy and Chaos gives us her best version of SPJS with a viral spin on the classic recipe featuring Little Debbie snack cakes!

Ingredients:

  • 1 – Jello No Bake Cheesecake box mix
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 – 3oz box instant cheesecake pudding mix
  • Milk – per jello and cheesecake box directions
  • 1 – 8oz cool whip
  • 8 oz strawberries – diced
  • 4 Little Debbie Strawberry Shortcake Rolls – sliced in 1/2” pieces

Directions 

  1. Follow box directions for no-bake cheesecake adding an additional 2 tbsp butter, cinnamon and 1/2 c crushed pretzels to the crust mixture. Press into bottom of 8*8 cake pan and cover with cheesecake mixture.
  2. Lay sliced little Debbie’s down on cheesecake until fully covered.
  3. Mix together cheesecake pudding and milk per box directions and gently fold in strawberries. Once incorporated, add container of cool whip along with strawberry jello packet and fold together until mixed. Pour this mixture over your little Debbie cheesecake.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Garnish before serving with remaining crushed pretzels. Then sit back and enjoy the most majestic Strawberry Pretzel Jello Salad you’ve ever had!
