We have proudly supported community events and small business efforts for almost a decade and contributed financially to non-profits. Still, we never had our sticker slapped on a helmet as a sponsor. Now we can check that box.
YaJagoff was mentioned week after week through the National Ball Hockey League for sponsoring the Northside Renegades, a team comprised of ball hockey enthusiasts and advocates who have played on dek services for decades. Through the help of The Penguin Foundation, and passionate advocates like Cory Herschk and Mark Madden, ball hockey has exploded and landed in many communities. It has grown to US tournaments and even a place on the world stage, with many Pittsburgh players familiar with the highest level of competition.
It was definitely a prideful moment to watch this Renegades team journey, all while seeing that logo we know so well adorn the helmets. Learn more about ball hockey and you will see a familiar logo, yajagoff!
