Welcome back the “Not Your Average Holiday Parade, YaJagoff!” with Q92.9 FM presented by TribLIVE on Saturday, December 2 OUTSIDE at The Block Northway!
The Jags and friends will host the parking lot parade at the upper level outside of the main entrance near DSW. The jag duo will parade around the parking lot while sitting in the back of a brand-new Rohrich Automotive pick-up truck. They visit parade participants at sponsored stations positioned in the parking lot including: The Burgh Bus, Mancini’s Bakery and Screenmobile of Northwest Pittsburgh.
Q on-air talent and Trib staff will be ready at each station for a Yinzer interview with participants as the JAGS move around the “parade” area, hosting the fun. Expect Food Network Summer Baking Championship winner Zoe Peckich with Flour Power Cooking Studio, check out Most Wanted Fine Art demo cars, listen to America’s Got Talent star Ashley Marina, and of course THE Santa will make an appearance at the end of the parade, then led inside to The Block Northway for photos.
While the parade is “in motion,” muralists Max Gonzales and Shane Pilster of Do What We Love will be creating a beloved Pittsburgh scene that will be moved inside the mall to complete the ultimate ‘Yinzer and Santa’ pic…for a donation going directly to 412Thrive. This donation helps the non-profit provide online and in-person support, monthly gatherings, educational workshops, wellness retreats, care packages, and meals when needed to those in the Southwestern Pennsylvania area.
