Turning two is a big deal when you are the hottest pub in a town that was dry less than 10 years ago.
Lincoln Avenue Brewery, smack dab on Lincoln Ave in Bellevue, is celebrating anniversary #2 in its century-old building that houses the brewpub, along with a dozen taps dispensing small-batch brews. This Saturday, the watering hole that sees gatherings of people for happy hour, Taco Tuesdays and the famed Sunday brunches, will host a get together commemorating its anniversary starting at noon.
The brewpub will be featuring house smoked BBQ pork sandwiches, Brats and a couple of other sausages fresh from Tom Fridays market.
The shindig would not be complete without their world-famous pickle dip, (a not-so-secret family recipe,) soft pretzels with house made beer cheese and whole grain mustard, as well as a house-made bean salad.
Comfort food is only part of the celly! The brewery will also be featuring a 2nd anniversary Kolsch, Sa’Wheat, Guava Gose, among other favorites.
Plus, expect draft cocktail pouring at the inside bar with:
Hot Mary – tequila with jalapeño simple and lime
Hurricane Hawley – Maggies Farm dark rum with pineapple and berry syrup
Cool Larry – house made cucumber gin with simple syrup and lime juice
Hey Arnold – house made limoncello with our house brewed tea and simple syrup.
The day drinking and food consumption lasts well into the evening with bands performing and visits from loyal patrons. Hope to see you this Saturday starting at noon in Bellevue.
