We haven’t played this in a while so, here we go. Is the Mercedes driver a Jagoff for parking like that or is this justified because they may not want a scratch or dent?

Here’s a Peter Parker for you. At Giant Eagle this jagoff thinks that his Mercedes is too special to park like all the others. Dude if you were really as rich as you think you are, you would have someone to shop for you.
