First things first: I enjoy Panera oatmeal! It’s made perfectly with strawberries, cinnamon, etc. I don’t drink coffee so I get a fountain lemonade and, I’m usually with Rachael who gets a coffee which is self-serve. Sometimes, I add a sliced/toasted bagel to the order. All of it is great… EXCEPT FOR… collecting it all.
The pic says it all. Order at a spot OR at a kiosk and then the dance begins. You stand back and wait or maybe go get your fountain drink with the cup that they sometimes give you or sometimes are sitting on the counter that you didn’t know you were supposed to take. Then, you get the coffee because you want it to be somewhat hot when you get your food. Then, the text goes off, or they call your name that you bagel is now sliced at the front counter and then.. at some point… your hot food is done at the back counter.
It all seems so inefficient! Panera peeps.. do you not see that your customers are going through?
Oh.. and then I have to clean up and pretty much do my own dishes! You’re lucky your oatmeal is to die for.. YaJagoffs!
