Kanika Rautji is a Pittsburgh based Recipe Developer and Biomedical Engineer. A first-generation Indian immigrant, Kanika works in a Carnegie Mellon University based start- up by day, and moonlights as a Food and Drinks Blogger. She is passionate about creating recipes, visiting new restaurants and sharing approachable wine pairings with a special focus on Indian and other Asian cuisines.
