The acoustic café crew opened for Joan Jett and the Blackhearts during Light Up Night in November, but there were some technical difficulties that limited their full tribute to The Rolling Stones. Plus, it was the cruel yinzer reminder that outdoor shows required layers of clothing to enjoy. So, Rusted Root fave, and Mr. Smalls co-owner, Liz Berlin, decided with bandmates to perform the entire show indoors.
That is happening THIS Friday night.
With over a dozen of the best Pittsburgh performers in tow, head to the gem of performing venues right in the heart of Millvale. Known for Pamela’s Diner, Sprezzatura, 412 Food Rescue’s space, and of course, Mr. Smalls, Millvale will be rockin’ this Friday at the Fun House. Known as a cozy club located just upstairs from Mr. Smalls Theatre, it represents the artist & patron-centered environment Mr. Smalls is all about.
Catch the acclaimed performance starting at 7:30 p.m. with doors opening at 7 p.m. It is an all-ages show featuring about 20 tracks paying homage to one of the most legendary bands of all time, the Rolling Stones. The Orange Band will also join the performance.
