Our host just may become the mayor of Northside due to his newest niche neighborhood makeover of Tripoli and James Streets with businesses, hotels and homes. Johnny Angel, resident Northside icon talks about the changes he has seen since the days of Allegheny Center Mall and record stores. Ben Oaks of Cerebral Overload brings us back to present day with all of the high tech must haves, and our final episode wraps up celebrating 80 years of home makeovers with sponsors J&D Waterproofing and good eating greats Corelife Eatery. This gorgeous home touts cathedral ceilings with wall-based waterfalls as a focus for the unique sitting room. DePasquale chose Northside because it encompasses sports events, nightlife, easy living, and is a gateway to downtown. In Al’s opinion, the people and the landscape of the Northside is what makes them the next niche neighborhood.
