As a quick note, on Monday, I posted a contest on the YaJagoff Facebook Page. It was to name the score and the winner of the Wild Card game with the Cubs. Most people chose the Pirates with a wide array of scores. A few picked the Cubs and 2 picked the Cubs winning 4-1. But the score was 4-0 so, nobody won the prize package.
NOTE: Before you call me a Jagoff for not awarding the prize to the “closest” guess, remember, if I would choose to do that, it would lead to subjectivity, nasty grams, hate and hurt feelings (mainly mine from the nasty grams and hate). Also, all of the nice vendors who offered prizes at the last minute when I threw the contest together, seemed to offer those prizes based on someone making a correct guess. Therefore..nobody won the prize package. It is the only way that I can be fair to all.
I was offering, a YaJagoff t-shirt, shot glass and copy of the book, “Above the Fries.”
