The Mall at Robinson already had a reputation for being fashion forward. But adding names like Rita, Sheila, and local names like Melinda, Michele, and the Vindys, it is no wonder women and men are flocking to its new weekend pop-up.
Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays through October 24, people can shop a pop-up in the rotunda that is home to the new Women Who Rock temporary store. Expect a merchandise line as well as an interactive experience with live music and demos about women’s health presented by Magee-Women’s Research Institute.
A portion of proceeds from the merch line benefit Magee-Womens Research Institute 5013, our nation’s first and largest research institute dedicated solely to women’s health, which is understudied and underfunded. They are world leaders in breast and ovarian cancer research, HIV Prevention, COVID-19 therapeutics, preterm births, maternal & infant health, and more. ALL proceeds from the benefit concert benefit MWRI.
The pop up benefits the 2021 Women Who Rock concert at Stage AE on October 16th. The WWR benefit, presented by Gibson Guitars, will feature Rita Wilson, Orianthi, Lauren Monroe and Rick Allen of Def Leppard, our Impact Award Recipient Sheila E. and emcee Michele Michaels of 102.5 WDVE.
