Meantime, pretty clearly there is NO parking at this spot where this car is PARKED. What a juxtaposition of life. But is it? This is on Isabella street on the North Shore near PNC Park where, on game days, Isabella becomes a bee hive of Uber/Lyft drivers who just kinda hang out and clog the pathway like a Pittsburgh tunnel opening.
Unfortunately, this driver either thought they were more important then everyone else, either for a “just gonna run in for 10 seconds” sitch OR misunderstood the circle with a slash thing.
