Back in October, John (because everyone else from the jag podcast team chickened out) went to the Caliente Pizza and Draft House in Thornburg for a paranormal investigation with the Iron City Paranormal team! They set up motion detecting cameras, energy generators aka “ghost buffets” so that the spirits would have energy to interact without drawing from our own energies and all kinds of tech stuff.
There was a premise that the property, formerly a private residence of a golf pro, had some pretty strong, regular, paranormal activity. John’s summary… the team was awesome and it was cool to witness the setup and process including a pre-investigation prayer to protect any of us from being carrying home any negative juju.
“I would definitely recommend going with the team or hiring the team for your own location. It was like fishing. A lot of patience and quiet time. But then….. a bite.. another bite.. and then a cat ball moves on its own or a door swings open or, we talk about the handprint on the wall that will never go away no matter how much paint goes on it!”
Thanks to the Iron City Paranormal team, Erin, Dan and Derrick for the invitation to hang. Definitely need to do this again! I mean… they have a utility box with the phrase “Don’t Be a Jagoff!” so they are obviously cool!
