Hello ladies.. Here is the deal. I am working on this show.”ANEA” .(doing makeup) They are saying “The biggest thing to come out of Pittsburgh since Mr. Rodgers”.. AND THEY NEED AUDIENCE MEMBERS AND GUESTS for the upcoming taping. WE need to show them the best face forward of Pittsburgh women and men.
Everyone has a story. If you want to share it or just sit in the audience.. Jamie Widoes is the producer/director is from Pittsburgh and wants to bring our great upcoming production city on the map.. Big networks are looking at this show.. We need to fill our audience with real people.
Please try to re-arrange your schedule and be in the audience. The dates are below Jan 24,25 you will need to be down at WQED studios around 2:30. Its a taped show so it will take around an hour to hour and 1/2. Max. Its an experience to be on the ground floor of something so big. I hope you can get some friends together and make it a day..email the producer, say you are interested and come on down. Please pass this email on to all your friends. We need as many Women as we can.

As you might have read in the PG recently, a national TV show is beginning its filming here in Pittsburgh which has been termed the “next Oprah?” by the Post-Gazette. The show is taping at WQED on Tuesday January 24th and Wednesday January 25th and the show is looking for both possible guests who would like to share their stories and audience members.
This show is produced by Squirrel Hill native and “Two and a Half Men” director Jamie Widdoes and hosted by Anea Bogue who has done much work with women and girls. Though the show focuses on the empowerment of women and young girls, it also includes the male figures in their lives as well.
WQED is located at 4802 Fifth Avenue. Parking is free across the street at Rodef Shalom. Refreshments provided at the studio.
Audience needs to be here one-half hour before taping….

Tues., Jan.24, 3:00pm:
Special Guests Deborah Tolman (Author, Dilemmas of Desire: Teenage Girls Talk about Sexuality) & Samantha Bushman (CMU alum & founder of Talk: The New Sex Ed).
- Show focuses on discussion about sexuality & growing up
- Need women of ages 18 & older, as well as men
Wed., Jan.25, 3:00pm:
Special Guests Ann Serano Lopez (George Lopez’ ex wife and co-founder of the Lopez Foundation) & Dr. Suzanne Gilberg-Lenz, M.D. (Mom Logic contributor).
- Show focuses on the discussion of “waking up to yourself” & the different stages women go through in life
- Need predominantly women of ages 30-60 but men too!
Wed., Jan.25, 6:30pm:
Special Guest Jean Kilbourne (documentaries: Killing Us Softly & author of Can’t Buy Me Love: How Advertising Changes the Way We Think and Feel)
- “Alien Stole My Daughter”: Show focuses on parents’ senses of daughters pulling away when becoming teenagers & society’s image of sex and bodies is affected by advertisements (especially in the youth)
- Need moms, dads, & people of ages 12-23 and older (sons, daughters, and siblings are welcome).
