Punxsutawney Phil!
Yep. I did it. It seemed too easy but it HAD TO BE DONE!
I know it’s Pittsburgh not Charlotte and not Orlando. But on February 2, 2011, Punxsutawney Phil and his band of cult-like merry men of the secret society of Punxsutawney-isms said it was gonna be an early Spring!
It’s now April 5th and we had snow, after April 4th where we had 60+ degrees, after we had a week of 30 degree weather where we ALSO HAD golf-ball sized hail and tornados!
Ok Phil-ma-boy, the ONLY reason we haven’t shown up at yer house and trashed it like we were a bunch of Pitt students at a G-20 Summit is cuz we hate Gus “the second most famous ground hog in Pennsylvania” MORE than you. Howzabout ya get yerself one of those “Certified Meteorologist” thingies like our buddy Scott Harbaugh before ya go gettin’ us all excited. What’s yer next prediction, “Pittsburgh Pirates Advance to First Round of MLB Playoffs” YA JAGOFF?????
